One API key, one credit balance. The REST API and the MCP server draw from the same credits.

Is there a free trial?
No. Plans start at $49 a month, and you can cancel any time before your next billing date.
What is a credit?
The unit every request spends. A store profile costs 1 credit, active ads cost 2, and a person with contact details costs 5. MCP tool calls cost the same as the endpoint they call.
What happens when I run out of credits?
With auto top-up on, we add 1,000 credits at your plan's rate and your requests keep working. With it off, requests return a 402 until your credits renew.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Scale, unused credits carry over for one month. On Starter and Growth they reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Am I charged for failed requests?
No. Requests that fail on our side, or for a store we can't find, don't spend credits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the next billing date.
